    • Conduct a thorough assessment of the property’s condition.

    • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.
    • Vacuum or sweep the floors to remove loose dirt and debris.
  3. Kitchen Cleaning
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen countertops, sinks, and faucets.
    • Wipe down kitchen cabinets, both inside and out.
    • Clean the oven, stovetop, and microwave, removing any grease or food residue.
    • Scrub and sanitize the refrigerator, including shelves and drawers.
    • Clean the dishwasher and other kitchen appliances.
  4. Bathroom Cleaning
    • Clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers.
    • Remove soap scum and mineral deposits from shower tiles and glass doors.
    • Wipe down bathroom cabinets, mirrors, and countertops.
    • Clean and disinfect bathroom floors and tiles.
    • Empty and sanitize trash bins.
  5. Living Areas and Bedrooms Cleaning
    • Dust and wipe down furniture, including tables, chairs, and shelves.
    • Vacuum or mop floors, paying attention to corners and hard-to-reach areas.
    • Clean windows, window sills, and blinds.
    • Remove cobwebs from ceilings and corners.
    • Clean and polish any glass surfaces, such as mirrors and glass tabletops.
  6. Final Touches and Inspection
    • Double-check all areas for cleanliness and make any necessary touch-ups.
    • Ensure all trash and cleaning supplies are properly disposed of.
    • Conduct a final inspection to ensure the property meets high standards of cleanliness.
    • Notify the client of the completed service and address any remaining concerns.
