Our booking system is more than just a tool – it’s your reliable guide to finding convenient time slots with our specialists. The automatic allocation of available booking times makes the process incredibly convenient, reliable, and swift.
This efficient system also ensures you receive email notifications about new appointments, changes in booking status, and other updates. A friendly reminder about your upcoming booking will be sent one day in advance.
Each email includes links for managing your booking, such as cancellations, accessing your personal account, and contacting us. If you are using our home service for the first time, we are happy to guide you step by step on how to book your desired service.
In the first step, under the “Service” tab, select the desired category and service name, then choose the duration of the service. In the “I’m available on or after” field, specify the date from which you want to start searching for available slots, the days of the week that are convenient for you, and the time range that works best for you to start the service. Then click “Next.”
In the “Time” section, the booking system will suggest available start times based on your input, and you can choose your preferred start time for the service.
After selecting the start time, you will move to the “Repeat” section. Here, you have the option to make this booking recurring. If you do not want it to be recurring, simply leave the checkbox empty and click “Next.”
In the fourth step, under the “Details” tab, provide your information: first name, last name, mobile phone number, email, address, city, postal code, and any additional notes. If you have booked a service before, this information will already be filled in once you log in. Then click “Next.”
Now you are at the payment stage under the “Payment” tab, where you can enter a promo code if you have one and apply it. You can also change the payment method and click “Next.”
After that, you will see the final booking tab “Done,” containing a brief summary of your order. Additionally, you can add this appointment to your Google Calendar by scanning the QR code. For first-time bookings, the details of your booking and login information for your new account will be sent to your email. This will significantly simplify managing your bookings in the future.
